SACK OF ONE POTATO
I’ve been knitting away on lots of gifts, some of which were waiting for a certain potato to be born to get photographed! So here’s Kate Oates’ (of Tot Toppers) Sugar Bear Set. Graeme’s mama said that the cocoon (she called it a potato sack hehe) was perfect and so useful— change a diaper and slip him in. She said the wonderful yarn kept him cozy warm without the complications of re-bundling a blanket all the time.
I highly recommend the pattern too. It’s well written and fun to knit. An accidental slip-up carrying the stockinette stitch border past the placket ended up creating a quasi tie that I love!
