MANGO IN A JAR?
Bought a whole bunch of mango at the Dekalb Farmer’s Market a bit ago. We made a canning party out of it. It has been tried and tested through a salsa-loving bachelorette party. It passed with flying colors, pun intended.
PS The third swatch for Shannon’s Tops, Tanks, and Tees KAL will begin tonight. Oh my.

CANNING 1-2-3.
I had my first canning experience back in November just before Thanksgiving with my friend Ana. What a hoot— I loved it! We made apple butter from a combination of several recipes we found. I’d share some but… it’s too good and I only have one jar left by now. Next time. Maybe! I’m working on getting my great-grandma’s pressure cooker to venture into more canning… stay tuned.
